I am supposed to get my period on Friday.  I am going away to Harrisburg all weekend to score state exams.  My original plan was to wait out the weekend and if I don't get my period by the time I get home Sunday, test then.

Let's be realistic.

All alone, in a strange city, in a hotel room... who wants to place bets that I will pee on SOMETHING while I am away?

So would you:

a) wait until Sunday afternoon

b) see how I feel on Saturday and bring a test/buy one and test while away

c) test on Friday morning so I have an answer and know whether or not I should pack supplies

 

I'll be 14 dpo on Friday.

    I would test Friday am.
    Conceived DD after 15 cycles--- TTC #2 since 11/10---Me- Poor egg quality and supply---DH- Poor count and motility---2 rounds 75IU Follistim/IUI-BFN---5/12 150IU Follistim/IUI-Over-produced! Converted to IVF! 0 fertilized:( Rescue ICSI performed. 2 embryos transfered-BFN

    I would test on Friday, but I am a POAS aholic!

    Also I would want to pack supplies and wine if it were negative.

    I agree, test Friday.  That way you kinda know what to expect during the weekend.

    DD conceived after 3 years of ttc.
    MFI - DH had varicocele repair and took Clomid to get DD b. 02/2010

    TTC #2 since 6/2010
    10/2012 DH diagnosed with Epilepsy
    A few failed IUIs summer 2012 and 2013. 
    DH taking clomid and waiting to see if he needs another vericocele repair. 
    Hoping for a 2015 baby or babies. 
    Wishing, hoping, waiting.

    DH: 31, no issues
    4-6/2012 100mg of Clomid + trigger + IUI/TI = BFN

    Test on Friday. I always told myself to hold off as long as possible, but I realized that was part of what was making me crazy. When I can find out, I want to know. The guessing game drives me batty!

    I vote for Friday morning.  I always just try to hold out until AF is due.

    BFP: 2/27/12. u/s showed blighted ovum at 9wks Natural m/c started 4/11, cytotec 4/13/12 (at 12 wks). **

    First appt with RE 5/7. Testing complete. Dx: luteal phase defect

    BFP 10/25/12. u/s on 11/16 confirms heartbeat image

    Thanks girls.  MH is convinced it's going to be positive and wants me to wait so we can celebrate together, but understands why I need to know before I leave.  At least if it's negative I'll have some time alone over the weekend to get my head together.
