Hi! My name is Rebecca and I'll be around until I get my sticky BFP.

Right now I'm taking my last 3 days of Provera (I HATE IT) to start my next cycle so we can move on to another round of Clomid. Looking forward to my CD3 appointment so we can discuss with the RE what happened with my loss and what the plan is on that front since I obviously have something that predisposes me to late implantation.

Hi Ladies,

DH and I have been off BCPs since April 2009. In August of 2011 I recieved a DX of anovulatory PCOS (but this was not confirmed w/ an u/s) I started acupuncture in September 2011 to try to regulate my cycles.  I responded really well to acupuncture and believe (via OPKs, charting and my first EWCM) that O'd on my own in November and December.  Also in Dec of last year (after switching to a new ob-gyn and getting an u/s after my old ob refused to give me one) it was discovered that I had a mass on my left ovary the size of a tomato and after an MRI I was referred to an oncologist for possible early stage ovarian cancer.  In January of this year I had a lap/cystectomy to remove the mass and what turned out to be pre-cancerous cells. (We also had a consult with a RE at this time to discuss our options).  They also took a part of the ovary but left the tube, I was told the ovary could recover and begin to function. In March I was cleared to begin TTC again and went back to the RE, the PCOS was confirmed but with continued acupuncture I believe I have O'd in February and March. I have since had my HSG (right side good, left blocked - probably related to surgery) and DH has had his SA (great!). I am due for AF this weekend and we should begin our first Clomid w/ trigger and IUI cycle next week.

I had been lurking here for a bit and decided begin posting a couple weeks ago now that we are beginning treatment with the RE. Like I said in a different thread I was hoping to find a camraderie with women in similar situations.  DH and I have not really told anyone (except my mom) that we are struggling with TTC. I have not posted a whole lot but when I have everyone has been very supportive and I am looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Hi ladies! I'm "TM" and we've been TTC for 22 months. I have Hypothyroidism and late ovulation/ovulatory dysfunction, been that way since the beginning with a small amount of improvement, but still no luck.  IUI was recommended for our first clomid cycle because of failed post-coital. We did 2 and took a break, and now we're back with a new plan.  I was somewhat active on TTGP the first year in. 

I've learned a lot and gotten some good advice in the couple weeks since I've been back! Thanks and good luck to all of you!

I'm Suz and I have been with you 3T Ladies for just a few months.  I have Type 3 Von Willebrand's Disease and PCOS.  After many doctor appointments with my Hematologist and Maternal Fetal Medicine OB (high risk OB), my husband and I decided to attempt pregnancy.  We knew it was very risky for me to even try to concieve (let alone pregnancy itself) but we weighed the risk and decided that some things in life take big risks and we were willing to do that.  It was a tough decision (and we respect couples dealing with Von Willebrand's who choose not to attempt to have biological children! it's not for everyone!)  Since then we have had four annovulatory cycles.  

I'm so thankful for this group of ladies who we can laugh with, cry with, ask all the dumb questions we need to and support each other through such a tough journey!

What a brave and strong group of women!

Alisa here.  I've been TTC since September of 2010.  I am on my 2nd cycle of Follistim.  I've been on TTTC for about 6 months.  I post about once a week, but hope to do it more as I learn more about all this stuff.

I'm Sarah, I've been around since the beginning of the year and plan on staying around until that BFP. I am about to start my second cycle of injectables. I had a great response the first go 'round but it ended if a BFN.

Hi All--

Lyss here...been posting on this board pretty much since I joined the bump on whatever date it says to the left of this.

PCOS/annovulatory.  Metformin did nothing for me, just started my first medicated cycle of Clomid + injects with my RE and am currently in the very beginning of the 2ww (and already sick of the progesterone suppositories! ugh!).

Getting excited to go on vacation with the hubby this weekend...we just got back from the mall!  Yay!

Hi, I'm Lori.  I introduced myself a while back but have mostly been lurking.  Since my diagnosis of Hashimoto's hypothyroidism in Jan, I've decided to delay the HSG and RE visit a few months to see if Synthroid will do the trick.  I have learned a lot from this board and it helps to know I'm not alone, although I hate that any of us have to be here.

Im Melissa, I have been TTC for 17 months.  I did 3 injectable IUI's which resulted in 2 miscarriages.  Im in my 2ww for my first IVF.  My beta is Friday and things are looking pretty good

Hi girls! Kelly here. Been on 3T since May of last year, so a full year now. TTC since 2/2009. 4 failed medicated IUI's. IVF is our best shot, so saving for that until 2013. For now, just kinda trying on our own, but trying to relax and enjoy like pre-IVF.

Nice to see some of my old friends on here tonight! We need to bump this board up! Been way too slow lately! I think a lot of the regs are kind of between cycles right now, or waiting to do more treatments once they have the money.

DH and I started TTC in August 2011, I was diagnosed w/ lean PCOS in March, and had my first round of clomid+ovidrel the beginning of this month. I'm currently waiting for AF to start so I can begin round 2 of clomid.

Hey girls, I'm Lisa, and just joined 3T recently. I've been on GP on The Nest since we started TTC in May 2011, and have lurked here since we got the MFI diagnosis about 2 months ago. DH's uro recommended IUIs for us, but I have a LPD that needs some fixing before we proceed with that. Due to some bills we need to pay and insurance issues, an RE visit is currently pending, but hopefully coming soon.

Since I'm new and acknowledge that you all know a lot more than I do, I'm here to offer support where I can, and hope that when we get started with further testing and treatments, you girls will be there to give advice and support to me as well. I look forward to getting to know all of you!

Hi everybody, I'm Nikki. DH and I have been TTC since 5/10, 2 years tomorrow actually. I am fairly new to this board and have been lurking and posting for about a week or so. I am still in the begining stages of treatment as we just saw of RE for the first time a couple weeks ago. Possible PCOS. Just finished up Provera and now moving on to BCP for 3 months. I have recently quit smoking (last tuesday, with the help of many people in her kicking me in the butt!) and my RE said she requires me smoke free for 3 months before moving on. I joined this board in hopes of finding some new friends that understand what I am going through and dont give out crazy advice. Thank you for allowing me to learn from all of you and maybe you can learn from me as well.

I am new to all this.  You'll have to forgive me if I don't know all the abbreviations or misuse a few.

My name is Melissa.  My DH and I started ttc in September.  Then I ran into an interesting issue.  I wasn't ovulating.  In January my OB/GYN had to give me provera to start my period.  I am currently on my second cycle with Clomid, 50 mg.  The first cycle with the clomid my progesterone levels at day 21 were 3.2.  The Dr. is hoping that this round will go better. I plan on checking these boards a couple times a week until I get that coveted BFP.  

I'm struggling with comments people make.  Such as, "If you guys had kids..."  My sister's in law had no issues getting preggo and I honestly don't think they know we're trying.  My father in law is the latest culprit of making that comment.  Let's face it, he'd be clueless anyway.  

I'm so glad there is a group I can turn to for advice, knowing you are all going through the same things I am.  I realize I'm just starting on this journey, but I have this gut feeling I'll be on it for awhile.  My medical history is stacked against me.

I'm Jodi and I've been posting here for the last couple of months.  We have been TTC since February 2011.  We're still trying to get through testing, so no diagnosis yet.  I hate my RE, but I'm stuck with him due to insurance reasons.  I'm hoping to get my CD 3 bloodwork finally accomplished this week so that we can come up with a plan!  The knowledge on this board is amazing!

Waiting on the rest of our test results for a follow up with the RE and a plan. Ah, how I love plans.
