ugh - Gonna have to miss a pumping session

Long story, bt I won't have anywhere to pump until noon today. My boobs already feel engorged. What to do?

If I cant pump in the nursing room, an empty office or in the car then I do it in the bathroom. Its not nice but I have pumped many times in the disabled bathroom and if this isnt available i just use a regular stall. I just wash my hands and create a clean area on my lap/bag by laying down paper towels etc. It can be done. I dont even worry about the sound of the pump anymore but i do go down one floor so i dont bump into my immediate colleagues
