Is anyone else "carrying" spread out vs bump?

Please commiserate with me. My stomach is firming a bit but in general I look like I have a large beer gut. Not much if any weight gain. I just feel very unattractive

me! it sucks! Everyone looks at me and says "you must be carrying a girl" (I've learned this is key for .... "you look terrible").

Hump day bump day makes me feel the worst... I'm like... why are all these people 13 weeks and they look 1000x better than me?

Maybe if I started focusing on my hair/make-up that would make a difference, hahaha.

Yep, definitely at the awkward stage! Just looks like I've gained a few inches around the middle! Can't wait for the real bump:)

Me! My stomach is huge. It starts right under my boobs and is just a big round beer-gut looking thing. I'm going to a wedding this weekend and decided to go with the figure hugging dress rather than an empire waist. I hope that wasn't a terrible decision.

With my first, I carried "wide" as I called it. With this one, I'm carrying out front a lot more. I guess every pregnancy really is different.

yuup ditto. I have a nice bump in the mornings, but it's only between my hipbones--very low. Which then makes me look like I've had too many cookies when I put on clothes.

Yep. also there w/you and this is my 2nd. I expected a more obvious baby bump earlier on like I had w/my first. Not so much this time around. I've also only gained a couple of lbs but look like I've put on 15. bleh!

I've always been "curvy" and even though I've lost 20 lbs, I have outgrown my pre-pregnancy clothes by quite a bit. I've gotten to the point where I kind of look pregnant, but I still look pretty darn "curvy".

No one has said I am showing yet, but I can see it! lol

Thank you! I glimpsed myself in the mirror yesterday and I looked like a big chub. It's super annoying because my waist is my thinnest part but my low abs just look like I totally let myself go. Not in a bump way but in an eating too many chocolate donuts way

What a relief to find all you ladies feeling the same.  It makes me a bit self-conscious.  Hoping for a cute bump in time for our gender appointment in two weeks!
