Welcome! This is a check-in for moms who are/were on a dairy free and/or soy free diet due to their LO?s intolerance. The check-ins will be posted every Monday morning on the Breastfeeding board and XP?d to the Food Allergy board. Hi! I'm new to this group of mamas. DD was just diagnosed MSPI last week so I'm on my first week of the diet. We're still trying to clean out our systems so that we have a healthy and happy baby.

QOTW: I like the FAAN website b/c it has cheat sheets you can print out to help when you're reading labels at the grocery store. You can also sign up to receive emails from them about foods that are recalled due to undeclared allergens on the labels.
