My RE put me on Provera to try and trigger AF so we can get this long cycle over with and *hopefully* try Clomid/injections next cycle (final decision won't be made until after my hsg...which won't happen until after AF...). Anyway, I have been taking it at night for 6 days. The morning after my first dose when I took my temp it had jumped up .8 degrees. My temps have been elevated ever since, and now my chart says it thinks I ovulated (I use Fertility Friend so all the hard work of figuring out ovulation is done for me). It seems like too much of a coincidence to me though, and I am wondering if taking Provera could be raising my temps and tricking Fertility Friend into thinking I ovulated?

Yes, progesterone is the hormone that raises your temperature post-O ,and results in the temp rise.
You most likely did not ovulate.
