Incontinence Confessions

I can't be the only one still experiencing the occasional post-baby incontinence, so here goes... 

I laughed a little too hard at DH in Kroger today and peed myself in the middle of the store.. directly infront of a shelf full of Depends.

Which only made me laugh harder.

I had to shift my son's diaper bag in front of my body to cover my shorts so I could maintain a smidgen of my dignity. 

 

 What's your best pregnancy/post-baby incontinence story?

Yeah, I don't have incontinence.  But, tampons don't work well at all anymore.  I have no idea why.  There is no reason they shouldn't be working...

Oh my goodness me too! I thought I was losing my mind, because there is no reason there should be a problem, c-section here too. But alas, they will NOT work properly.

Your story made me laugh out loud (but thankfully I had just emptied my bladder).  Every one in a while if I really have to go and a sneeze, there's some definite leakage haha...I just have to laugh about it.  My DH cracks up because I squeeze my legs if I sneeze.

Thankfully, I've never had that problem. After I had Timmy I had the opposite problem though. I couldn't pee!

Yea...totally peed myself the other day when I sneezed. I squeeze my legs together when I sneeze too!

DH asked me last week why I keep buying panyliners if I'm pregnant and not expecting my period. My reply:

"No, I'm not expecting my period, but I am expecting to sneeze at some point. Better to change a panyliner than my underwear."

Oh, and I laughed so hard at something I pinned on Pinterest last night that I peed a little. Luckily I was in my pj's ready for bed . . . . and sitting on a leather couch.

Thanks!  He still has to lean on something, and is nowhere near crawling but he likes to spend all day everyday standing up!
