They switch it up. I started establishing a nap schedule a few weeks ago. All was great and she was happy, alert between naps and sleeping through the night. Now she's fussy, tired looking between naps, not into her toys and waking up at night to eat. Poor kiddo:/

Tell me about it!! Everything changes like instantly sometimes and totally throws us for a loop! You really just have to go with the flow I guess, but sometimes it's so hard to know what's best for the little guy!

I think that's why most of the reading I've done on infant sleep seems to indicate it's about impossible to establish a true nap schedule until they are at least 6 months old. When they are this little they are changing so fast and it's best to check their sleepy cues and help get them to sleep ASAP!

Yeah I've just been putting her down when she acts tired, which is usually around every 2 hrs. She's just having a weird week I guess. Quieter, looking/acting more tired despite tons of naps and sleep at night and crankier. I'm trying not to read too much into it:/
