Tiny Bubbles users with hard water

Do you use Calgon with the Tiny Bubbles or does it do okay without it? (And if you don't use Calgon, is your water just moderately hard, or does it work that well on its own with really hard water?) Our local CD store gave us some Tiny Bubbles samples and I want to use them properly-- we have very hard water.

I don't have an answer, I've just been wondering about this too. To add to PP's question, if you use Calgon, how much?

I don't use anything extra. Just two scoops of tiny bubbles in the hot wash. Sometimes for a large or really stinky load I also throw a half scoop in the prewash. We have moderately to very hard water.

same here. 2 scoops, most times nothing in the first cold wash. I love TB, works great.

Hard water here, 1 scoop in the regular wash 1/4 scoop in the prewash.  My machine routine is:  Normal wash, cold, NO SOAP.  Heavy duty wash, hot with prewash and extra rinse options selected, and i have a soap dispenser for the prewash.  I have absolutely no stains to speak of on my diapers with this routine.
