Can anyone suggest a good butt pillow?

The main reason I dislike BF so much is that I have to sit.  Our couch is not the comfiest thing at all, and I actually have a memory foam pad folded a few times and I sit on that, which definitely helps.  But between the nearly hourly feedings, my vag stitches, and these wonderful hemis, my bottom is super achy.  I'm dreaming of a super cushy pillow or something that will relieve me.  Any suggestions?

After I had my DS2 I sat on an inflatable travel pillow. I got inflatable because I could blow it up as firm/soft as I needed.

My MIL got me one for christmas since I get so much tailbone pain during pregnancy. I lug that thing everywhere now and bring it into restaurants and to parks where I know I will be sitting on hard surfaces for a while.

I use the 'tush Cush' that I got at a local back store.  I totally empathize.  My butt gets so numb sitting on the couch.  I use my glider, but that isn't much different.  Can't sit on the boppy, cuz I'm using it for BF.

I use the boppy to sit on and have adjusted to just holding LO in my arms for nursing.
