Goals For Today/This Weekend

Good morning! I am so glad it is Friday! Today my goals are to eat healthy, try to get in a walk, and finish packing and cleaning for my vacation. My goal for the rest of the weekend is to let go and have fun! What are your goals for today? I hope everyone has a great day and a great weekend!

  • Yay for Friday and for a new day! I'm so glad it's the weekend and I can just veg around doing nothing. Yesterdays goals got off to a good start until I got sick and had to go home. Here's how I did:
    - Drink 4 glasses of water at work Fail
    - Track all my food I eat for the naturopath Success
    - Call my Dr. to ask for bloodwork results Success
    - Make supper Fail
    - Do dishes Fail
    - Work on some homework Success
    - Call the vet Success

    So today's and this weekend's goals are:
    - Work on homework
    - Drink 5 glasses of water a day
    - Meal plan & grocery shop
    - Clean bathroom
    - Laundry
    - Dishes

    Jan 2015 - Medicated cycle with timed intercourse

  • Yesterday I did not do well at all, I'm still getting out of vacation mode. 

    So, here's my goals for this weekend:

    -Sort, wash and put away laundry

    -Meal plan for next week

    -Workout at least twice and go for at least 1 walk

    -Eat out no more than 1 time

    -Apply for at least 5 jobs 

    11/2010 Diagnosed with PCOS 
    10/31/11 M/C at 9 weeks
    1/12/13 DD was born
    4/9/16 DS was born 
    9/17 CP 
    6/23/18 BFP EDD 3/4/19
