Bad reflux week :(

I'm currently in bed with a hurting baby waiting for the pedi to call back. I'm hoping to up her dosage of Zantac and get a refill without taking her in.she is 14.5 pounds now and takes .5 ml twice a day. How much does your LO take?

DS dosage was just increased to 0.8mL 3 times a day. His pain has decreased a lot and his projectile spit up is a lot better too.

DD is taking 1.3ml of Zantac 2x a day and she weighs 12lbs 1oz as of yesterday:) HTH! Good well LO!!

My LO was just upped to 2ml 2 times a day.  He's about 13.8lbs

She bumped it to .75 ml twice a day. Hopefully that will be enough. I hate that she has to have this nasty medicine but I am happy it makes her feel better.

When B was at 11lbs we were at .08ml 2x day.  We still use Zantac for flare ups and use 1ml as needed up to 3x day.

That dose might be too little...My LO took that amount when she was 3 weeks old.Actually, Zantac only worked for about 2-3 weeks, even the increased dose did nothing.We are on Prevacid now.It's not perfect, but better than Zantac.

That does seem like a small dose. My DD is only 11.5lbs and they just upped her to 1.4ml 2x per day.
