Where do I find PUL fabric?

I'm thinking of making some covers, since I'm obsessed and can't really spend a ton on cute covers... But I am not sure were to find PUL fabric. I checked JoAnns but they only had girly PUL and it was $17.99/yard. Which is a bit over my budget for fabric. Any suggestions? TIA.

     I've bought from kids in the garden, very baby, and wazoodle. Also, JoAnn's always has 40-50% coupons, they price their fabric accordingly.
