Clomid- No response

    I am 11DPT and tested this morning. Had a super duper duper faint line but it was there. I'm being very cautious thinking it could still be trigger.

    AHHHH.  Is this the first time you tested? 

    PCOS 
    Off bcp March 2011 
    Aug 2011-Feb 2012 tried to regulate cycles w/ Metformin -- no luck 
    April 2012: Clomid (50mg) + Injects + TI = BFN
    May 2012: Clomid (100mg) + Injects + TI = BFP on 6/8/12

    Im d8-9po & just not feeling optimistic given that we were only TI & have MFI.  I keep having little twinges & over analyze every single one.  Guess its not a good IF day.

    Me:29 DH:29  TTC since 1/11 Dx: unexplained IF/early DOR/immune issues 
    Feb'12- July'12-testing(all clear minus slight arcuate ute), 3 IUI with clomid all BFN
    8/30IVF#1 Antagonist protocol- ER 9/11-8R, 7M, 5F. 
    ET 9/14 2 embies transferred. 1 10cell Grade 4, 1 8cell Grade 4. No frosties. BFN
    IVF#2 Antagonist protocol plus baby aspirin- ER 12/5-16R, 12M, 8F!
    ET 12/10 5dt! 1 fully expanded blast & 1 early blast. No frosties. BFN
    3/13 hysteroscopy & polypectomy, Consulted w Dr. Kwak-Kim.  
    DX: High NK cells, cytokines, DHEAs& PAI1;  hypothyroid, +APA, restricted bloodflow
    7/13 IVF#3 Long lupron protocol with PIO, Crinone, Prometrium, and vivelle
    (plus synthroid, metformin, baby asa, metanx, PNV, Vit E, D, calcium, fish oil, CoQ10, IVIg infusions and lovenox per Dr. Kwak-kim)
    ER 7/19 14R, 11M, 9F(4 natural fert, 5 with ICSI)
    ET 5dt 7/24 2 fully expanded blasts.  SURPRISE 3 FROSTIES!!!
    Beta #1 8/2 335!!!! Beta #2 829!!!  1st u/s 8/14 showed TWINS!!!!!
    11/11: TEAM PURPLE!!!!!

    I am 13dpt or 11dpiui. I have not tested yet, but I am getting anxious to- maybe tomorrow!

    IVF #1 : Fall 2012
    15R - 13M - 13F w/ICSI - Transferred 2 day 5 blasts = BFP!!!

    10/21: Saw one beautiful flickering heartbeat! EDD: 6/12/13

    Yeah, I didn't test out my trigger. I really can't wait to pee tomorrow morning.

    Im 5dp3dt and have been testing out my trigger.  It was basically gone today.

    DX: PCOS/Recurrent losses/MTHFR mutation (compound hetero)
    5 hysteroscopies/2 surgical
    3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN
    IVF #1= BFP. m/c at 7w6d. Needed 2 D&C's and scar tissue removal. Mild OHSS
    IVF #2 = BFP. Severe OHSS. 4 Drainings. TWINS!

    Thanks, FX for you too! I just couldn't resist I wasn't going to test today but got up and just felt like doing it so I did.

    I'm 7dpt and 6dpiui. I tested out my trigger a few days ago and haven't done it since.

     I might test tomorrow just to see if it out of my system. I really want to hold out POAS, but who knows if I can last until my beta 5/4. Time has seemed to stop this week.

    2dpiui and just mainly trying not to think about it. Jam packing my weekend so I have even less down time. I'm generally fine during the week because my job is so nutty and crazy (but I love it!), it's the weekends that are BRU.TAL. Particularly when I can't indulge in adult beverages. :(
    TTC Since 11/10 due to Unexplained IF 
    4 Rounds of Clomid, 2 Rounds of Femara + IUI, 2 rounds of IUI+ Injectables (Bravelle + Menopur) = First BFP! TWIN GIRLS!

    November 2, 2012 - Claire (2lbs 8.9oz) and Paige (2lbs 10oz) arrive at 29w3d due to PTL and pPROM at 28w5d

    I'm 2dpiui and doing well so far! I'm trying to just keep busy and not think about it! This is my first round of Prometrium - I'm feeling all sorts of dizzy. Does this happen to anyone else?
    6/2014: IUI #3 - Menopur + trigger = BFP!!
    Betas: 9dpiui=15.3, 14dpiui=385, 16dpiui=1162
    7/10/2014: 1st ultrasound - 1 beautiful little heartbeat (121bpm)

    3 dp IUI, and really nervous. they saw several follicles at my last monitoring apt,but due to blood work said only 2 were producing estrogen. i have since had a nagging feeling i may have gotten in over my head. praying that if this is my cycle that only one or two stick.
    Dx: LPD, late ovulation;
     July 2012:IUI #6 on 7/28, BFP on 8/9,beta 97, 8/11 189, 8/13 400!!   DS born 4/18!
    9/30/13 - Miracle BFP, released from RE 10/21, EDD 6/6/14, DD born 5/27!
    6/19/16 - Miracle BFP, EDD 2/25/17

    11dpiui today.  crossing my fingers.  Not doing a home test.  Going to wait it out till Sunday when I go in for blood work.  Have had some cramping but hoping it's my Colitis.  Fingers crossed.  Had a little spotting once yesterday but nothing today.  Possibly implantation?  We'll know soon enough.

    I am 6dpIUI, and feeling very nonchalant about it all. There is no point in peeing on anything, as the last trigger stuck around for 13 days, and I have given up on trying to read meaning into various cramps and twinges. For the moment, I am just happy nothing hurts and I don't have to drive anywhere. Maybe I will want to pee on things soon, but right now I am oddly content.
    4 IUIs: Bfn
    Antagonist IVF 7 retrieved, 4 fert w/ICSI&AH, 2 blasts transferred. Beta #1 9/20: 367 Beta #2 9/22: 841

    I am 7dpo and just hopeful enough to be devastated when it doesn't work. I shouldn't be hopeful since we are still waiting for IUI and just doing TI right now.

    11 dpt, and decided to test this morning... BFN.  I know I shouldn't have tested, but I was really starting to get my hopes up.  My temp has been up, and I feel like crap.   I'm going to give it a couple days and test again.  And, try really hard not to think about it in between.

    I'm 10dpiui and kinda feel like AF might be in her way. I know it's early and could be the meds, but it's hard to stay positive. I plan to test Sunday.

    I'm 10 DPO and started spotting today.  LP is only 11 days. Can't wait to start Prometrium next cycle!

    I'm 8dpo today, and still hopeful for this cycle.  But, if this isn't it, I'm happy we now have a good plan in place. :)
