Oh joy- it's take your kids to work day :(

I apologize in advance because I know many of you ladies already have children, but this day is pure torture for me. I had totally forgotten about it until I walked into work and two little cuties were sitting there eating donuts.. ugggg. Will be staying in my office as much as possible..

Aww...I feel you, even though I have kids, they are older and I crave the babies. My husband coaches a little league baseball team and it seems every kid has a baby brother or sister. I have to hold myself back from begging to hold and smell them. I guess I'm still in torture myself mode...

Has your cramping and pain gone away yet? I felt better for a few days, and now have cramping and pains again in my pelvic area...I'm going completely nuts waiting to test. I really feel like this is it- it has put a lot of stress on the beautiful family I already have (I'm always tired, moody and broke), and realizing my DH may not have one of our own as made me treasure every minute I have with the ones I was blessed with.

My DH seems to think we have a great chance this month since we had the Femvue (HSG). I hope he is right :/

Its gotten better, the bloating has gone down but I'm still a little uncomfortable. I started progesterone last night so I'm sure the bloating will be back!. 3dpiui at least another week until I can test, ugg. I'm definately sick of feeling like a bloated whale and I know the progesterone is going to make me a crazy nut in a few days, I'm up for one more IUI if this fails and then just sticking to ttc naturally over the summer.

Cramping could be a good sign! Fingers crossed it is your month!

I work from home 3 or 4 days a week and so does most of our company.  I wonder if anyone at the office brought their kids.  Glad I'm at home where it's always Take Your Pooch to Work Day.  :)

It's organized so that they basically stay sequestered in a conference room all day, which I can't imagine is a ton of fun for them and then by 3pm they've all had it and are running around the office. To be honest I'm not really sure why we do it, but I guess it's just become a tradition.

I work from home now, but at least my office didn't participate in this event. Unfortunately, they did hold baby showers for all the pregnant ladies. Women were 68% of the office and there was always someone pregnant! It finally got to be a bit much, and that's when I looked into other ways to make money. I will always wish anyone with child the best, but damn... it just broke my heart.

It's things like this that make me happy I work in a hospital. On the ICU where people are so sick that nobody wants to bring their kids in. I mean, who would want to give their own kid necrotizing fasciitis?
