New to this board...

Hey ladies, this is my first time posting on this board, I didn't know it even existed until this morning but I am so glad it is here! I have a almost two year old who is anaphylactic to tree nuts and sesame, we just found out around Christmas time when one of my DH's co-workers slipped him a cookie without asking... long story but now we know so we are learning as we go. When we did his skin testing we only tested for food allergies, but recently he has been reacting to other things as well, some metals and sunblock (oh my what a reaction). Has anyone one else dealt with a metal allergy? I am new to this and no one in our families has any allergies so I really don't know where to begin looking in to this. Thanks!
