Abdomen tightness?

Hello all,

 I have been searching like crazy to find others experiences, but figured I would ask you experts as well..  As I mentioned in my introductory post, I had my first IUI last week and all went well, no pain, cramping, etc.  But since probably last Friday I have had fairly constant abdominal pains, gas (sorry if TMI), and just an overall full feeling.  I have not taken anything through injections (we are saving that fun for a few months down the road), and again the only meds I have taken was Clomid.  But I have taken Clomid 4 out of the last 5 cycles and do not remember this feeling.  Could I really have pregnancy symptoms on day 7 dpoIUI? 

Any advice is welcome!
