TTC After a Loss

Insanity (NTTCALR)

So I have officially decided to get myself in shape. I want to feel good about myself again, so to do this I am going to start running everyday and I am ordering the Insanity workout. This intimidates me like crazy but I am not going to talk myself out of it this time... Oh I need an accountability partner... Any takers?

  • I too am in the process of "getting myself into shape"... I am actually going a 1 month at home challenge with some ladies at a local gym...I am doing a work out program called Turbo Jam- there are 5 videos in 1 -  The challenge starts May 1 and until then and while I am doing that I will keep playing tennis,softball, and running -

    I have also been 1 week without ALL soda and I feel good... - my cousin is doing the Insanity program and I think she has been doing it for a while and she looks GREAT...-  Good Luck

    I would suggest not necessarily sticking to the daily schedule they give you. I know that's sort of the point to get it done by the schedule, but maybe starting off slow and varying it with other activities is the way to go?

    That sounds like a good idea. The main reason I quit things is because I feel like I am failing. Maybe if I switch it up a bit it will help.

  • I want to say "yes!", but I'm scared! I have Insanity, did the fit test once, then gave up. I was doing P90x, but I'm way from home for two weeks because of workout, so I can't do the workouts everyday, but do my best! I reeeeeaaaallllllyyyyyyy need to get into shape and an accountability buddy IS a good idea.....
