What line do you fill your Tide scoop to when doing your CD laundry? (Specify if you have a FL or TL too please )

I have a FL Washer and I fill to the 2nd line.

I have a top loader and I fill halfway up to the first line. That's with me washing about 7 diapers.

Top loader- barely cover the bottom of the scoop with detergent.

I have a TL and use 2 tbsp for a full load of dipes.

I eyeball it, but it's probably about 2 Tbsp as well.

I have a FL and I use a Tbsp and put 2 in. I think that measures out to be just below the bottom line.

I fill it to between the first and second line. I use tide ultra and a TL. Wash about 16 diapers at a time.

I just wanted to chime in on how helpful this question was - based on advice from this board i'm planning on trying tide but had no idea what amount to start testing with.

TL use about 3Tbsps for a full load (for me thats 25+ diapers).

Sorry for digging out this post from pages back, but I figured it was better than starting a new one. I have an ancient (I'm talking 1980s) Kenmore TL and I want to use the Tide powder. All I can seem to find is the Ultra Tide Original HE. Is this what everyone uses? And are the amounts I'm seeing here for that detergent? If I use HE detergent in a non HE machine do I need to use more? We have an HE machine too, so I know The main difference is the HE stuff is low sudsing, but our HE machine is currently in storage in our basement since we're renting right now and just using the machine that belongs with the house.
