  • Odd, I guess if their legs were dangling and got caught up. But I don't take the kids down theme park slides or anything it's a 6 foot slide at the park. I'm not too worried about that.

  • It seems like those are exactly the type of slides - the small ones at the park. Did you read the article? In most cases the rubber of the soles on their shoes hits either the side or the bottom of the slide and gets caught, that's how it breaks.
