Trouble TTC

Awkward pee question

So, since yesterday's fun with mysteriously angry ovaries (I am still slightly crampy, but don't even need tylenol anymore, thank god!) I have had an odd peeing sensation. Everything seems totally normal, except at the very end of peeing, my bladder (or something in the vicinity) feels crampy. I've felt this during UTIs in the past, but there are no other UTI symptoms (no urgency/frequency/burning/blood.) I think it is just that everything is somewhat sore in there right now due to the ovaries, and I should not worry too much about UTIs (but drink extra water and cranberry pills just in case.) This sounds totally plausible, right?

Re: Awkward pee question

  • Did you just have an IUI?  I get that feeling for a few days following my IUI's.

    Hope you feel better soon.

  • I have had a lot of pain due to the enlarged ovaries from stimulation. You may have a little bit of endo also....this tends to "get angry" and will stick to other things and will pull on the other organs in there. Maybe just agitated, but see your Doc. for suspected uti.

Last Friday was my IUI. Good to hear someone else has felt this. If it sticks around, i will get it checked out, but otherwise I will try not to worry.

    Thanks!
