Vertigo?

I ended up in L&D last night with  severe dizziness and contractions.  I was diagnosed with vertigo and dehydrated (hadn't done anything different).  I'm due 5/2 and feel like I'm losing my mind.  With DS, it was very clear when I went into labor, but with this one, I'm second guessing every little thing.  My contractions diminished with fluids.  Any second time moms going through anything similar?  I feel like I don't know what is going on with my body.
