I think most of them kind of scream "trying too hard."  I voted for Lane.

Since you want masculine, I definitely wouldn't go with Lane. Lane is unisex. I voted for Mason.

Wow, do y'all have a thing for cobblestone roads or something? lane, mason, stone, slade (slate). Ledger is the only one that isn't related to a building material or structure, and that's what I use to keep track of accounts at work. Why do you want to name your kid a commonly used noun? I don't see any of them as overtly masculine. 

If any, I'd choose Slade. It does sound like you are trying too hard, but at least it is not actual slate.  And its not as popular as Mason.

I don't think Mason is unique. FYI. Don't like any of them except for Mason I guess.
