For those mommies using the EASY method, what do you do when your LO wakes up before they are hungry, what do you do during activity time and how long does it normally last? Thanks!!

We do easy, mostly. He kind of did it himself though, although I had gently eased him towards it. When he wakes up before he's hungry we just snuggle, rock in the rocking chair, or whatnot. It doesn't happen very often though.
Morning activity time he's on his playmat so that I can get breakfast and get the dishes done. Afternoon activity times we interact together reading or just "chatting", or we're out running errands, and evening activity times he plays with DH. Sometimes he goes back on his playmat for a bit if we have stuff to do in the evening.
He usually eats, plays, and then goes to sleep about an hour-hour and a half before his next feed, so activity time depends on how long he takes to eat. Sometimes he's really slow to eat, sometimes he gobbles.
I usually just hold her and talk to her. Now that she is pretty set in her routine it doesn't happen much. Play time is jumperoo, bouncer, playmat, going on a walk. Usually one awake time is spent with me holding her and singing and talking. She likes to stand and practice sitting up.
