Seems like a tough name for a kid...or even an adult. It's one of those that people will look at and instantly feel overwhelmed and do the weird mumble because they don't know how to pronounce it. Not a fan.

I would assume they are family names.  I've only ever seen Eulalia on elderly women.

I think it's pretty!  My friend's #1 girl choice is Eulalia after a family member, like PP suggested for this case.  The MN is beautiful.
