Is it really necessary to "take it easy" during 2ww?? I workout 5 times a week. My workouts usually consists of weight training for about 45 minutes give or take followed by running anywhere from 2-5 miles (depending on how my knees are behaving).
I've read numerous of conflicting point of views and wanted to know what you girls have done, and if you've had a BFP after continuing the intensity of your workouts during 2ww.

Me too! I had a 20 mile marathon training run during my 2 week wait for my first pregnancy so I really was not taking it easy.

I carried on with my workouts as usual.
With my first pregnancy, I was dancing and performing 10 hours a day.
