I know this is not the same for everyone but for those who have already delivered without medication what was more painful, the contractions and labor or the actual delivery and pushing?

I feel like I keep psyching myself out and thinking I will get to the end and the fear of pushing the baby and the pain will cause me to crack and get the drugs.
