I found RLR!

I am so excited - I found it at my grocery store!  More exciting?  It's Giant, a national chain, also called Martins or Giant Eagle.  Hanging next to the cleaning stuff, not the laundry.

    It's a laundry treatment in a small packet. It's used to strip diapers if there's build up from hard water minerals or detergent.
