Trouble TTC

AF arrived....

and a BFN.  So I guess it's onto another round of injections.  I might actually start getting pretty good at giving myself injections.  This coming from a woman who can't stand the thought of needles.  Not looking forward to doing this all over again though.  Any words of encouragement would be appreciated. Re: AF arrived....

  • Sorry to hear about your BFN, kn. It just flat out sucks.

From one needle-phobe to another, I think it's awesome that you're brave enough to give yourself injections.

    Best of luck this cycle.

  • Me too. AF is starting today and the dang RE's office is currently closed. I guess they went home early today. Grrr.

This will be round 3 of more femera and injects. Maybe this month we will see about upping my dosages. I am all about being aggressive.

  • Good luck with the next cycle.  Be careful about upping it too much.  My second cycle I was getting 150iui (75iui before) and ended up with over 11 follicles above 15mm.  Obviously that had to be cancelled but that was so painful.  I was permanently attached to my heating pad.

  • Oh definitely. I think I'm on the lowest doses anyway, so I'd only be going up to the next level, which I'm sure will still be low. I responded 'too well' during my months of clomid hell so they're pretty cautious about my dosages.
