Everything looked good at my last E2/lining check, lining was over 11.

We are still planning on thawing our three remaining embies.  One Grade B, two grade C, 5 day blasts.  My RE explained that grade C is a the lowest grade but has a quite a range of quality.  Apparently, ours are the better of Grade C otherwise, he would not have froze them.  Not all Grade C meet criteria for freeze.

I have been having nightmares and anxiety attacks though.  Part of me is TERRIFIED of being pregnant with even twins again and the other part is so worried if all three survive thaw and we pick two that we will pick the wrong two.  It is so hard to know the right answer!!

I know DH and I will have to make that decision if we are faced with it on Friday but honestly what would do if you were in my shoes?

This might be our last treatment cycle...financially we are coming to the end of the road and I am not when or if we could swing a fresh cycle.

if u have one rockstar...id do one.

It worked for me, and i also did not want twins bc of my compromised cervix.

I know it seems like it would be a difficult decision to make right now, but after thawing youe blasts will probably be different size and grades.  You might be surprised at how easy your decision will be, fingers crossed that it is.  ((Hugs))

We've never had any that were good enough quality to meet the freeze criteria. However, as terrified as I am of being pregnant with twins again, I would go with two.  You have the TAC and will be monitored more closely next time.  Best of luck whatever you decide!

I don't know what I'd do as I haven't been in your shoes. I'm sorry that this is such a difficult decision for you and DH. I hope that you can find peace in a decision that works for both of you. Good luck with your transfer!!

I would do 2.  It's the embryologists job to pick the best ones so let them do their job.

You have the TAC and your Dr's will monitor you very closely regardless of how many stick.

I would stay away from transferring 3.

and if this helps in anyway, we had 3 good looking blasts on day 5 and did our transfer w/o the cgh results.  I asked embryologist to pick best 2 and she did and we transferred to normal blasts, the third was not viable, so I think they know what they are doing.  I would never transfer 3 blasts, 2 blasts is my max.

Your choice may be made for you after the thaw but I hope they thaw perfectly and you can choose.
