Maternity swimsuits

In the interest of surviving this summer, I'm going to need a pretty good maternity swimsuit to make sure I can spend lots of time in the pool. I am a plus size chick, and I'm okay with that, but there are certain parts of my body that it is NOT an option for me to show. One of these areas is my upper thighs-I just don't like the way they look, and I don't intend to share with the neighborhood kids.

Any advice when I'm shopping? Opinions on the wisdom of shopping online? Specific brands that are very comfy? Thanks for any help you can offer.

I am plus size also and got some stretch marks on my inner thighs and tummy with my last pregnancy. I found a great bathing suit with a little skirt attached at Motherhood Maternity. I love it.

Also a plus sized mama. I wear tankini swin suits. So this year I went on eBay and bought a top which I will wear with my bottoms.

I am not plus sized but tall and got great ones from old navy and they were cheap.

I got a tankini from motherhood and also some swim 'shorts' that I will sometimes wear over it when I don't want to show off my thunder thighs.

I hate my thighs, too (also plus size momma here) and I had a hard time finding a cheap one that covered my thighs. I bought one from Kohls and just purchased a coverup skirt separately. GL!

I will be sporting a Tankini this summer. Got the top at Target and found bottoms at Marshall's a size to large so they hopefully will last all summer. Also planning on checking out the swim shorts that fashion bug has. they are the swim material but go down to help cover up the thigh area.

Old Navy had a cute simple, classy one. Same shape as my Pre Pregs suit, just with the belly space.

I need advice on this too. My boobs are size F and I feel like a porn star anytime I try on a swim suit. I would love to spend a lot of time in the pool this summer but idk how i'm going to manage.

I'm in the same boat - plus size and wanting upper thigh coverage! I found this maternity swimwear website and I highly recommend it. They have maternity board shorts and swim skirts for thigh coverage and the size range goes up to XXL (which fit me perfectly). The bathing suit I got is very comfy and I feel good in it!
