Small doublers?

We use gdiapers, but lately my LO is wetting through the inserts very quickly (we use the cloth inserts).  The front is saturated, but the back is sometimes still dry (I have a boy).  I don't want to double stuff them because they will just be too bulky.  I was wondering if anyone was aware of any small doublers?  Basically I'm looking for an extra layer just in the front.  Thanks!

Hemp babies are really thin. You could fold it in half/thirds and put it in the front.
