scars?

So DD has a million tiny scars on her ankles, wrists, arms etc from all her lines (PICC, Central, and a million IVs) and they have always been visible. I keep expecting them to fade and now that shes a year old they are just as visible as ever.... anyone elses LO have this? Will they ever fade?

Yea, Aiden has a lot more that Ryan...not sure about fading though...sorry, I'm no help!

I can see faint little scars on their heels from all the heel sticks and Miles has a scar on his leg from his PICC line.  I have no idea about fading though.

Mine has a scar on her forehead from the CPAP. It has healed a lot, but is still very visible. Her hair is long enough to cover it now, but it's pretty obvious.

My son still has his scars from IV's he is two. Not sure if they will go away at some point or not.

Andrew still has lots too.  Most of them are slightly raised and whiteish.  I think they are going to be battle scars that last a lifetime!

My DD is almost 4 and I can still see every tiny scar   Her dermatologist said they would fade as she grows.  SIGH.

DS has a ton...one of the biggest is on his forearm from an IV ulcer that got rubbed by a no-no on top of the IV catheter.  It just keeps getting bigger as he grows.  I think they'll just be battle scars that they carry with them for a lifetime.  I tell him chicks dig scars!
