I am sorry if this is an inappropriate post here, but I wasn't sure where to post it, I thought the IF board would be wrong too......
Anyway, I have only planned on having two kids. We are getting ready to think about trying for our second. I loved every moment of being pregnant and I have been seriously thinking of becoming a surrogate after we are done having kids. My husband is supportive of this idea. I have tried googling a bit, but have not had good luck finding reputable information. Apparently my state, MO, is not favorable to surrogates. Does anyone know of reputable sites to get information from or of a more appropriate forum to post this?
Thank you and sorry if this post offends anyone.
Re: Surrogacy....info please....may be wrong board to post on...
Not offended at all, but I don't have much information. It might be worth checking out reputable fertility clinics and adoption agencies in your area. I know my agency recently started doing a surrogacy program, and my understanding is that a lot of surrogacy is done through a fertility clinic. It might at least be a place to start.

also there is currently a surrogate mom carrying multiples on the Multiples board. She said she is an open book several times so you might try reaching out to her for information.
also try Infertility Veterans. There is a sperate weekly check-in for 3rd party reproduction. There is a link within that post to another board or to private Facebook page. I think there is a woman using a surrogate over there.

don't know if it would be helpful, but The Little Couple on TLC are using a surrogate. see that they have a blog, so there might be info. there.

"Just keep swimming, just keep swimming..."
Before we adopted DD2 (we have a bio DD1 after 6 IVF's) my friend acted as our surrogate to use our remaining embryos. She had 2 m/c's and was ready to go again but we didn't want to create any more embryos - we were just trying to give them all a chance (that was the deal when we started IVF in the first place - use every embryo). We worked with the same fertility clinic we had already used for DD1, and other than additional fees and procedural steps (psych interviews, physicals, etc., the process was fairly easy).
In any event, we used an agency in Massachusetts to handle the legal aspects with the fertility clinic and to arrange for the logistics of being declared parents prior to any baby's birth. Agency was csedinc.com. If my friend hadn't volunteered they the agency could have matched us with a surrogate pretty quickly. Another friend had offered to be our surrogate as well (after first friend started process), and she was so inspired by the whole thing she ended up joining with csedinc to be a surroate for a different couple. Good luck!
