Are you putting baby to breast or pumping? I just replied to your other post and was under the impression that you are EP. Letting baby eat on demand is good for your supply. You can try eating oatmeal, taking fenugreek, or mother's milk tea as well. But be careful, and oversupply is not desirable either.
Supplementing will decrease your supply. Nursing on demand (for an 11-day old that could be almost constantly) will help to establish your supply. Pumping may not help increase supply if you are not a good responder (I can't pump well, but I can nurse).
Lower your stress levels! Try to get other people to do things for you, and go out for a night with your husband or girlfriends. Watch a funny movie, or go get pampered.

I put my double pump on for 5-10 minutes after nursing and that seemed to help to help my supply. I just did it for a day and I think I felt a difference. Today I am trying to BF on demand. Also, I tried offering each breast twice during each feeding.

Those formula bottles are what's killing you. BM is more rich in calories than formula, so more formula is needed to get baby the calories he needs. More formula=more volume. So now he thinks he needs more more more to fill his belly. I would say, at this stage in the game, aim to reduce the formula bottles. PP said your LO is 11 days old. At that age, my LO was literally attached to my boobs.
