By the baby. All those painful cramps, up half the night, lots of bloody show... and nothing. It all died down alot during today. Of course, it's coming back now. Just make up your mind... if you're not going to come, then let mommy sleep while she can! If you are... then hurry up and get here!

PS... who's with me? I know there were a few of us in some pain with nothing to show for it!

This is how I was before my baby arrived..    It got to the point that I was telling people not to get their hopes up when I finally did go to the hospital.   I feared my contractions that were 3.5 minutes apart for the past hour might die down, even though they had gotten more intense.   Sure enough, I was 5cm and 90% when I arrived.   But, my body had played so many tricks on me I was t going to believe that I was in actual labor until I was admitted.  I think you're close though...

Same boat here! I've lost my mucus plug and tons of contractions but nothing consistent! I've given up and I'm not even telling people that I'm having them...they ask I just reply they aren't coming anymore. I've had a ton of energy today so I'm guessing its a no go for awhile for me (plus the little guy is moving around like he has had too much sugar). I was induced with dd so I'm afraid that will happen again. Not worried about being induced just being off work for another two weeks before little man comes...plus my mom is here so it would be nice to have him soon while she can care for dd. Hopefully your cramps turn into something more tonight!

I'm one of those! My contractions have gotten more intense throughout the day but by 6 were still anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 minutes apart. I did go to L&D just to get checked out and I'm only 1 cm but my contractions are becoming more regular. Anywhere between 5 and 9 minutes apart. They sent me home to get some rest and are expecting me to come back possibly tonight or tomorrow.

Thank you! I'm going to head to bed and try to get some sleep. DF is WIRED! lol he got himself all worked up even though I've been trying to tell him it could be anywhere from an hour from now or even until Tuesday lol. At least it's good he's excited haha. I hope you get some sleep or she comes soon!
