I'm dying to work out but I'm holding off until 6 weeks for doc clearance. I want to start the 30 day shred but worry it might be too much post c-section. Any other c-section mommas start it? If so, how long did you wait to start it and how did you feel?

I started the 30DS about 2.5 weeks ago. I got the all clear to work out at six weeks but I was feeling a little lazy and tired and then when I felt good enough to work out I just couldnt find the time.
I honestly feel great doing it. I never did the 30 DS prior to this so I didnt really know what to expect.
