Spring cleaning

Holy cow we had a lot of junk! We gave about 6 garbage bags to goodwill and have a bunch of stuff we are donating to some friends raising money for a missions trip. It feels so good to have a clutter free house again. DD was so good for us all day as we cleaned. I felt a little bad because she didn't get much attention. I finally had time to relax and hold her around 3 and she had a huge smile on her face as if to say "finally!"

    I love moving, bc it forces me to evaluate what we have.  Otherwise, I start collecting my crap through the year and set up a pick-up time right after the new year.  That way I start off the year with as tax deduction.  Normally there is at least a bag or two of clothes, several boxes of household goods, and one or two pieces of furniture.  DH says I can't start until closer to the end of the year, though.

    DH keeps wanting me to clean out my side of the closest, but I can't reach the things on the top shelf...or at least that's my excuse. ;)
