I usually do the mowing but hubby has been but he is so busy with work our yard is getting crazy! So just curious if any of you guys mowed being so far along with twins! It would be on a rider mower Also! TIA
No way I would and no way my husband would let me...not even on a riding mower. Of course, I've only been allowed to get out of the bed to pee, bathe and go to the doctor for over 6 weeks now, so mowing the lawn sounds like crazy talk to me!!!
Husband hasn't asked me to I just feel bad cause I use to o it before I got preggo with these two so I thought maybe I could but didn't think it wad wise but wanted to see what others thought! Thanks!
Honestly - everyone is at different activity levels at this point. There is a crazy lady here (I mean that in an "I"m astonished! way) who was running up until 33 weeks!! I just had brunch with another MoM who worked up until 37 weeks.
Listen to your body carefully. Most women would say that you can "let things go" around the house - and I have let some things go but other I can't let go. I HAVE To have my kitchen clean - and I will do as much as I can until I need to sit down.
heck no! I can't even make myself go up and down the stairs witht the laundry and I'm far behind you. Unless you're ready to deliver, in that case have at it.

Listen to your body and do pretty much whatever you would like at this point IMO. At 35 weeks I was still walking a ton, swimming lots of laps in the pool, laying out by the pool all day if I wanted, cleaning the house all day if I wanted...the list goes on and on. If it's hot, just stay hydrated and listen to your body. Enjoy those precious moments you have left with your twins!

no way. not like it's that dangerous- but it's not like your dh can't fit in an hour to mow the lawn... or pay someone to do it - which likely once you have the twins, you'll want to do anyway - b/c it's harder to find time once they are around that's when we hired a landscaper - i much prefer paying than losing my husband for a few hours every other weekend.
I used to be Goldie_locks_5 but the new nest is so screwed up that I was forced to start over.
I say do whatever you feel like doing, but I am one of the crazy people that was running til 32 weeks, working full time, doing all my housework til the end.
Mom to 2 beautiful girls, 3 yrs and 22 months old. My 2nd was born at 32 weeks due to Rhogam failure/severe complications from Rh disease and is our miracle. She has bilateral auditory neuropathy and a cochlear implant, activated 4/5/2012 at 19 months.
Re: Mowing while 35 wks preggo?
