Mucus Plug

I'm 33+3 and on limited activity restrictions after a bleeding scare due to baby A's placenta.  I started losing my plug yesterday and lost a large chunk this morning. I'm hoping to make it at least till 35 weeks. 

How long after you lost your mucus plug was it until you went into labor?  I know it can be days weeks or even a month after you lose it until labor starts.  I'm just curious as to what other MoMs have experienced. Also, were you on light activity/bed rest at the end of your pregnancy? Thanks in advance for any input.

I was 37w1d when I lost my plug and I went into labor within the next few hours. I wasn't on bedrest but I was sitting with my feet up as much as possible during those final days.

Fingers crossed that your babies stay put for a while longer.

I lost mine at 32 weeks with DD1 and she was born 2 weeks later. I lost it at 32 weeks with the twins, and with the help of Mag, they weren't born until a week later.

It's so hard to predict though. I would say take it easy though. I was never put on bedrest with DD1 (even though I was seen after I lost the plug because I was only 32 weeks), but I wonder if it would've helped get me further. Who knows?

I was on complete BR for PTL.  Lost it at 28ish weeks and had them about a week later

I went into PTL about a week after I lost mine, I was 28 weeks. Thankfully the drs were able to hold it off for 4 weeks with meds and hospital bedrest.

Mine came out after my water broke at 37w3d.

started loosing mine at 30w6d, had the babies two days later. I was also low on fluid for baby a so I think I was leaking that for a couple days also. Mag was started the day I had them and it didn't work.
