My dd will be two months next week. Her dad has decided that he no longer wants to be together and wants 50/50 custody. I think she is way too young for 50/50 custody and told him that a judge would never go for it. He insists that a judge would allow it and also wants to move an hour away. I think it is so he doesn't have to pay child support, will a judge go for 50/50 when she is that young?

He's trying to manipulate into giving in to what he wants -- don't do it and stand your ground. Your DD is far too young for 50/50 custody, even more so if he's wanting to move an hour away.
Don't listen to him -- he's not a lawyer and he doesn't know the law. Find yourself an attorney and protect your DD (and yourself!)
