How long after your c-section did you wear spanks/binder?

How long after your c section did you wear spanks or something similar to help get your stomach back in shape?  And what brand/type worked best for you? Thanks!!!

I bought the bellefit and loved it!  Worth every penny.  I started wearing it 5 days after my c/s and wore it until 8 weeks, day and night.  GL!

it was more annoying to me than anything so after my rcs I didn't wear one at all. after my first cs (the next day) my nurse brought me a binder and helped me put it on. I didn't like it from the beginning but she kept insisting they were so great so I kept it on until I was discharged (2 days). I do hear that a lot of people love them but im not a fan.

The next day after the c/s, after I was allowed to take a showered. It was there on the hospital bed. The nurse put it there and she helped me to it on.

I got a cheap Medela binder 3 days after my section, it helped tremendously. I only wore it for about 10 days because it got too big, wish I had one that was more adjustable

I bought the belly bandit and started wearing it 5 days PP. I will be buying spanxs today for a sleeker, out in public look. Honestly my incision is so low that it doesn't bother it. On the other hand, finding underwear that are comfortable atoubd the ibcision is a different story.

I have no idea what brand of binder I got because the hospital gave it to me (and billed my insurance, so I didn't have to pay for it out-of-pocket), but I loved it! I used for about 3 weeks until I didn't feel like my organs were going to ooze out of my abdominals.
