I just received my first 2 cloth diapers in the mail (YAY!!!) ! is a fancy pants and the other is a Kawaii heavy duty. They haven't been prepped yet because I am waiting for the rest of my order to arrive so I can do them all at once. My question is I stuffed them with only one insert but it seems that the insert bunches up really bad in the middle is that because they haven't been prepped or is that normal for pocket diapers?

    Not really sure what you mean by "bunches up"... Like, is it just a question of sticking your hand back in and flattening it out? If you have the rise snaps snapped down to the smallest setting then there will be a bit of a 'bulge' in the front of the diaper.

    If you have the diaper on the smallest rise, the insert might need to be adjusted to the smallest size as well. It's not normal for them to be bunched up.
