DS got bit on a playdate....

I am not sure what invoked the little boy to bite DS1 because they were in the playset clubhouse when it happened, but he bit DS1 pretty bad.  He broke blood vessels but did not break the skin that i can see.  I'm thinking since skin was not broken I shouldnt have to take him to the Pedi.  The mom was super apologetic and went home right away, telling me to call her if we need to take him to the dr or anything.  I'm sure he is fine but figured I would ask your opinions.

    Honestly, I don't think it warrants a trip to the doctor if the skin wasn't broken.  Just ice the area for the little guy.

    Unfortunately I've been on both ends, DD was a biter for a short time and was bitten for a longer time. Very frustrating. But it's honestly a stage that some go through. When she was bitten, they applied ice & TLC. Good luck to your LO!
