How did you get through teething??

Omg. I was up every hour lastnight and only ONE of them is teething. This is horrible. It's like everything for teething is recalled I don't even know what to use this time around.

I swear, we haven't slept in 6 months and we may never sleep again.

tylenol and teething tablets.

I used Tylenol and now that your girls are 6 months, you can also use Motrin (which I find works better and lasts longer).

Motrin...and we used baby orajel - rubbed it on their gums every once in a while.

Motrin.  A lot of it.  After we were able to use Motrin, I've never bought Tylenol again-worthless.

In our area the "Motrin" brand products are still off shelves, so I'm buying Infant or Children's Advil. When their pain is really bad you can alternate the Advil & Tylenol every 4h, but I'd check that with your own Pedi before you try it as far as dosage at their age, etc. Alternating like that really works well for us on the very worst days.
