With my last pregnancy I had this also, but not as bad, but i have these red bumps all over my arms and legs...not like an allergic reaction or anything...they don't itch but they look almost like a small zit but when i try and pop it, it doesn't. anyone have this or know what it is?

It sounds like folliculitis or keratosis pilaris.  Both flare during pregnancy, can't really do anything about either one until after delivery.
