Ergo Infant Insert

I have a 10 week old baby who's quite large (she's 12.5 lbs. and 25.5 inches tall).  I know you're supposed to use the infant insert until 4 months, because of tailbone development or something, but it pushes her up so high!  Do I really need to use this anymore?

Re: Ergo Infant Insert

  • You can take the little seat out of the insert and just use the seat straight in the Ergo itself.  That way she's still able to frog up her legs but there is less bulk.  Or you can just fold a towel at the bottom of the Ergo too, which a lot of moms do who don't own the heart2heart.

Exactly what I was going to recommend.
