So who actually HAD that celebratory drink in the hospital?

I made H bring some after he went home the day after the baby, but we never opened it. I was on percocet and even if I hadn't been, I didn't feel like I would have enjoyed it. We came home yesterday, and I'm finally having a glass now. I know a lot of us talked about having something at the hospital, but I'm wondering how many actually did!

I am planning a home birth, so H and I are going to split a bottle of a fancy craft beer we like. I will report back on how soon I actually drink it!

I gave my brother the job of smuggling in a bottle of champagne. We popped it open on Emmy's birthday and toasted to her!

Nope, totally forgot about it.  DH offered me a beer yesterday but since I'm still on percocet, I declined.

I had LO on a Sunday and had my glass of wine on Wednesday (our first night home). It was amazing and I passed out afterwards.

My MIL brought in champagne and we toasted Clara's birth 4-5 hours after she was born but I haven't had a drink since!
