Thank you!  Fiona is off the ventilator, as of yesterday (3 days old)!  Crazy!  Everyone seems really positive, so that's as much as we can hope for.  Thanks for thinking of us.

ETA: I just saw a picture of her!  She's beautiful!

That is awesome for a 26 weeker to be off the vent.  Just to let you know most micro preemies have what we call a honeymoon of about a week.  Don't be surprised if she needs to go back on.  This is not a horrible thing.  They just get tired and like to keep Oxygen levels down so they use the vent to increase pressure and make it easier on them.  Most kids go back and forth between the vent and cpap for a bit before they get it.  Glad she is doing so well.
