odd pump issue

EDIT (It wont let me delete): nevermind! I was sitting against the pump and the tubing crimped. I'm an idiot.  

 

So I've got something odd going on with my pump. I noticed today that a lot of the time it is pulling my nipples forward into the sheild, but not really releasing it? so I'll look down and my nipple's not moving. I turn the pump off, and it releases the suction and my nipples goes back. Turn it on, they pull forward, but dont retract back when the pump releases between intermittent suction. It's happening on both sides, and these are fairly new pump parts. Usually when I need new membranes and stuff I just don't get any suction at all. And it's doing it equally on both sides.

any help?
